At The Integrative Therapist healing goes beyond talk therapy. I believe that our emotions and experiences live not only in the mind but also in the body, shaping how we feel, respond, and move through life.

I support individuals (16+) through personalized therapy that blends evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy, along with holistic approaches such as Somatic therapy, Mindfulness, Yoga, and Body awareness.

 

Through a compassionate, whole-person assessment, we’ll explore the connections between your mind, body, and life experiences. Together, we’ll create a therapy plan that fosters healing, builds resilience, and supports meaningful change. This is a safe space to reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and move forward, balanced, grounded, and empowered. You don’t have to walk this path alone.

Healing isn’t linear. Some days we’ll move, some days we’ll rest. But through it all, I’ll be right beside you, offering tools, insight, reflection, and space to feel what’s real.
